These terms cover your use of pluggynotes.com and the Pluggy Notes waitlist. When the app opens, we will publish updated terms for it, and you will see them before you start.

Pluggy Notes is run by Vedanth, India (an individual, no business name). Contact: support@pluggynotes.com.
What this is
Pluggy Notes is a notes app being built. It is not open yet. Right now this site lets you join a waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not give you an account, and it does not guarantee you an invite or a place when the app opens.
Invites
Pluggy Notes starts as invite-only and small. We decide who gets an invite and when. We may change how many people are invited, and in what order.
Using the site
Please use the site honestly and fairly. Do not:
- sign up with an email address that is not yours;
- try to break, overload or get around the site's protections;
- use the site to send spam or do anything unlawful.
We may remove an email from the waitlist if these rules are broken.
Your information
How we handle your email is explained in the privacy notice. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your email at any time.
No promises
The site and the waitlist are offered as they are. Pluggy Notes is still being built, so features, dates and plans can change or stop. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site or from waiting for the app.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date and version above.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
