Privacy notice
Who we are
Pluggy Notes (pluggynotes.com) is run by Vedanth, India (an individual, no business name). Contact for anything about your data: support@pluggynotes.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist:
- Your email address.
- The wording you agreed to, the time, and which version of this notice applied.
- Which button or link on the site you used to sign up.
We also keep ordinary server logs (for example, your IP address and the time of a visit) for security and fixing faults. We do not set cookies of our own and we do not use analytics. The sign-up form uses a spam check from Cloudflare (Turnstile), which looks at signals from your browser to tell people from bots.
Why we use it
- To send you one email to confirm your email address.
- To send you a thank-you and, when Pluggy Notes opens, to tell you. If you are among the first 25 people, to send you an invite.
Nothing else. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or show ads.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare: runs the website and may handle the mail sent to our contact address.
- Neon: holds our database, in the United States.
- Resend: sends our emails.
These companies process your data only to provide that service to us. Your email is therefore handled outside your own country.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we clean up the list after Pluggy Notes opens. Emails that were never confirmed may be deleted earlier.
Your choices
You can: unsubscribe with the link in the emails we send after you confirm; ask what we hold about you; ask us to correct or delete it; withdraw your consent at any time. Write to support@pluggynotes.com. Withdrawing consent does not undo what we did before.
Security
Connections are encrypted. Only the owner can see the list of emails, after signing in with a one-time code.
Children
This service is for adults. Do not sign up if you are under 18.
Complaints
Write to us first at support@pluggynotes.com; we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection regulator (in India, the Data Protection Board of India; in the EU or UK, your national authority).
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will update the date and version above, and email you if it changes what we do with your email.
